Surfing Through Returns: Catch the 90-day wave! If your purchase has been chilling with you for less than 90 days and is still in its beach-ready and new condition, you're set for a return. Remember, clearance finds, digital delights (virtual products), and our mystery treasures are all final sales.

Catching Your Refund: Once your return sails back to us and passes our island inspection, we’ll shoot a wave of approval your way for the refund. Hang tight, as it might take a bit for the refund to cruise back to your account.

Swap the Wave (Exchanges): Got a snag with your gear? If it's damaged or defective, we’re here to swap it with the same item. Just give us a shout within 90 days. Remember, exchanges don’t ride the wave for items that have been altered from their original vibe.

Return Voyage Shipping: Ready to send something back? Email us at theislandpapa@gmail.com for the return address. You’ll cover the shipping cost, so we recommend a tracking method for peace of mind. Remember, we can’t promise your returned item will catch the wave back to us.
